Retail Orders

Retail orders are processed and shipped from Evanston, IL, within 3-10 business days, via the United States Postal Service (USPS), subject to availability. 

Payment
Payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards or PayPal is accepted. Items must be pre-paid, in full, before they will be shipped or delivered.

Free Shipping
Where applicable, free shipping is for either First Class Parcel Service or Priority Mail Flat Rate Service via USPS only and requires a minimum purchase of $50.

Wholesale Accounts
For wholesale account inquiries, please send your name, company, email, shipping address and phone number and we'll be in touch with details.

Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior approval and refunds will be granted only upon receipt of returned items. 

Please report any product damage within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. All returns or exchanges require prior approval and must be made within two weeks of receipt.
